Twitter® and www.cultureclimax.com. Giveaways open to individuals who are legal residents of
Florida and 18 years of age or older at the time of giveaway. Limit: One (1) current giveaway per person
regardless of method of entry. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. To the extent and
where allowed by law, entrants release and waive any claims they may have against Culture Climax
for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without
limitation reasonable legal fees) resulting from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or parts
thereof, or participation in the Promotion. Culture Climax shall not be liable to any winner or to any
other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s),
regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not
the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labour dispute or
strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work
slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Culture Climax’ sole control.
Winners agree to Culture Climax’s use of their name, town of residence and photograph in relation to
the Culture Climax’s publicity material. Entrant’s personal details will only be retained and used by
the Culture Climax. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties. Facebook® and
Twitter® are not sponsors and do not endorse or approve the giveaways.
