Today I woke up in a great mood. Not only because it’s Friday but because I kept singing the intro to Mos Def’s “Love”. The intro starts out with Mos Def saying “they say the goodness in life belongs to those who believe”. I often repeat that saying in my head to remind myself to think positive and be grateful for everything around me. So today I wanted to spread some of those good vibes and positive energy via my choices for Graffiti Friday.
These images remind me of ‘the goodness in life’. The artists who depicted these images all had some sense of emotion that they wanted to convey and I feel like these were all inspired by their love for something.
